About Nellie

I have played violin and piano since the age of 6, and I was then taught by my mother. I grew up seeing her teach, and always wanted to follow in her footsteps, and inspire the next generation to love music the way she did. I grew up to go to a music school for 8 years, and then I started my studies at the Royal College of Music in 2021. My biggest goal is to make music lessons more accessible for children.

About the lesson

The approach I take to lessons depends on each individual student, both in terms of how they personally learn best, and also what they are aiming to get out of learning an instrument. I keep every lesson fun and positive, and this is reflected in the students’ improvements. A student’s joy for music can always be heard through their playing!
