I have studied Inner Fitness for twenty years. I have had an ongoing, intensive training with several enlightened teachers for many years. I am a Healer that has provided health coaching, massage, yoga therapy, and chakra balancing for many years. I bring years of experience, techniques, and methodology to your lessons.

Yoga, Ch'i Gong, Mindfulness, and Meditation classes can be taught to individuals and to groups.
Paul has studied at Yoga Centers and Meditation Ashrams for many years. He can introduce beginners to Inner Fitness; He can also advance your practice in a short period of time. He blends traditional topics (such as Yoga postures, full-body breathing, body alignment) with creative insights to the topics (such as dealing with stress, dealing with difficult people, mindfulness and meditation in daily life). Paul likes to adapt each of his classes to the person or group pf people he is working with. His style is compassionate and enjoyable.
