About Nicola
Proficient and encouraging French online tutor with 25 years of experience using French in a corporate environment. Having traveled extensively in both France and Belgium honing my language skills in a variety of roles ranging from a tourist to an exchange student, an Erasmus student and an au pair, I pride myself on being a highly organised and engaging tutor. I am currently studying to achieve a qualification in Community Interpreting and can't wait to help other students improve their aptitude in French. I also offer English conversation practice for French speakers looking to improve their oral and written expression.

I aim to make my French classes meaningful for all participants by using patience and enthusiasm. Effective learning should always include real-world content. I tailor my classes on an individual basis - for children, I ensure every class is fun with games aplenty.With adult learners and older students I like to use the blended learning approach, where the student suggests the areas in which they need assistance. I like to focus on expression and confidence in applying the language and am also prepared to work to a specific primary, GCSE or A-Level curriculum.
