Hello, Bonjour!** I’m Kelly, an Elite Bilingual (ENG/FR) Swimming Instructor with over a decade of experience teaching Royal Families, Celebrities, and VIPs. My swimming career began at age 4 in Switzerland, where my talent was recognized early. I’ve trained with the UEL SwimFit Master Squad and Hillingdon Swim Master Squad and have taught at London’s top health clubs, including Harbour Club Kensington, David Lloyd, Equinox, and Third Space. Robbie did really good swimming lessons! He became more confident on his front and on his back which allow him to move in the water on his own. The Roll-over technique, safe water entry and different breathing techniques been introduced and practised! Without floatation aid he is more at ease in the water.

What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.
I started swimming when I was 3 years old. Even at a young age, my swimming teacher noticed that I had a natural talent for it. I could already swim 20 meters without stopping, and that's how they discovered my talent.
What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?
Swimming is my favorite sport, and I pursue it passionately. I also enjoy other sports as hobbies, trying out different activities to challenge myself physically and mentally. I also like other watersports such as Snorkelling, Wake-board, Cliff Jumping.
What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?
What keeps me motivated and passionate about my sport is the sheer joy I feel when I swim. The sensation of gliding through the water and the thrill of pushing myself to new limits drive me to keep going.

I have a particular achievement in my sport that I'm really proud of.
How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?
Both my achievements and challenges have made me a better sportsperson. Every success boosts my confidence and reaffirms my abilities. On the other hand, facing and overcoming challenges has taught me resilience, perseverance, and the importance of adapting. These experiences have made me stronger, both physically and mentally, enabling me to reach new heights in my sporting journey. I always swum by passion and I swum for UEL in London in Master Development Squad in 2016 for a 1 years and a half.
If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?
If I had the chance to go for a jog with a famous athlete, I would choose Usain Bolt. His incredible speed and remarkable achievements have always fascinated me. I would love to ask him about his training routines, mental strategies, and how he manages to perform at such a high level under pressure. I did sprinting and high jumping when I was younger at High School.
How do you help people stay motivated?
I help people stay motivated by creating a positive and supportive environment. I believe in personalized coaching, setting goals, and providing continuous encouragement. I strive to inspire others to embrace challenges and exceed their own expectations, finding joy and fulfillment in sports.
