My teaching method is unlike the other trainers. I will teach the clients regarding the basic form and positions in the initia stage. As everyone knows that anybody can get a hold of the exercises just by watching videos on the web. But the position and form is the most vital thing that comes into play with regard to fitness. The mind and muscle connection is the most important thing which I will teach my clients.
