About Kelsie
As a person, I have had experience in school actively sharing knowledge and topics in study groups, especially when I'm studying with others during lunch. Through these experiences, I have learned to adopt a learner-to-learner dynamic when helping others academically. I am also very professional and disciplined, as a learner and when I'm "teaching others" as a study method for AP Classes (I took APUSH and got a 4 on the AP Exam). Also, I've learned how to use videos to teach myself a topic (or to review it). So as a tutor, I can use videos to guide anyone through a Latin topic if they need help.

My lesson plans: exercises, stories, and will send Quizlets, videos, and study guides for further help. I also plan to quiz or test every two weeks! A week before, I will also do a full two to three review classes with the person I'm tutoring. I also plan to have office hours in the mornings or evenings, depending on what time the student is available. I am a very patient and helpful tutor. Also, I would like to have not only a mentor-student dynamic, but I plan to make it a useful, learner-to-learner study session that helps us both learn Latin in a fulfilling way. My lessons are for those in high school who are either learning or self-studying the Latin language this summer! However, it can be for those who want to learn it for fun outside of university or school.
