About Vaibhav

I’m a high school graduate majoring in finance at loyola marymount university with a strong background in math, and I enjoy helping others understand it in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve taken advanced math courses up to calculus, so I know what skills students need to build early on to succeed later.

I started tutoring because I’ve seen how frustrating math can feel when it’s taught in a confusing way. My goal is to make things clear, simple, and logical so students can build confidence and stop second-guessing themselves.

I’m patient but honest. If something isn’t clicking, I’ll explain it differently until it does. Over time, my goal isn’t just to help with homework, but to help students become independent and comfortable solving problems on their own.

I work with students in Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus, especially those who feel stuck or want to improve their grades.

About the lesson

I focus on helping students understand math, not just memorize steps. I break concepts down simply, then guide students through problems until they can do them on their own.

How I Teach:
-Start with the core idea so the topic makes sense
-Walk through problems step-by-step
-Have students try it themselves with guidance
-Use mistakes to fix gaps in understanding

I explain things in a way that actually clicks. If something doesn’t make sense, I’ll re-explain it differently until it does. I’m direct, patient, and focused on getting real results.
