About Jiri
When I’m not at my garage gym helping others transform their lives, you’ll probably find me on the pickleball court, spiking at the beach volleyball net, or sprinting with my dogs at the beach. In the winter, I’m carving down slopes on skis or a snowboard. For me, MOVEMENT IS LIFE—I thrive on it. But here’s the truth: to move well, stay active, and perform at your best, you need more than just passion. You need strength, sharp reflexes, and athleticism. That’s where my training approach stands out. By combining neurocentric techniques to optimize how your brain processes movement and StrongFirst kettlebell coaching to build explosive strength, I help you unlock your full potential. • If you’re a beginner or sedentary, I’ll help you move, feel, and perform like an athlete—making you feel 10 years younger. • If you’re already an athlete, I’ll take your performance to the next level, sharpening your skills, power, and precision.
