About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, currently working as a supply teacher at the secondary level in the Peel Board of Education. I specialize in English, writing, and study skills, helping students build confidence, improve understanding, and achieve academic success.

I take a patient and structured approach to tutoring, breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps. Students and parents appreciate my calm, professional demeanor and the supportive environment I create, where learners feel comfortable asking questions, practicing new strategies, and growing at their own pace.

My goal is to help students not only succeed academically but also develop the confidence and independence to approach learning with curiosity and self-assurance.

About the lesson
