About Prof Parameshwar P
I have just recently retired as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. I received my Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of California, Davis, USA; M.S in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, USA; and B.Tech. (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur India.
My Teaching and Research interests include Project Management; Technology Management and Entrepreneurship; Management of Intellectual Property; Business Systems Analysis; and Knowledge Management. I have authored three books on Engineering Project Management with Case Studies; Project Evaluation and Implementation; Strategic Management (all published by Vikas Publishing, New Delhi); and has contributed one Chapter on Biodiesel Energy Systems and Technology, in a Book on Capacity Building for Sustainable Development published by the Third World Academy of Sciences, Trieste, Italy.
