Although I have never worked as a teacher formally , I have trained many engineers and technicians plus helping young persons in the family to understand and apply what they learn .
My approach invariably begins with building confidence , which is normally damaged by poor academic performance. Next is bringing the basic skills of reading , writing, comprehension and communication to a level suitable to the students age . The rest is simply teaching the subject itself by making the student learn and apply the knowledge in different ways to real life problems.
Ethics will always be stressed indirectly .
