About Milena
My name is Milena. Italian girl, graduated in foreign languages, attended and obtained certificates and certificates of ENGLISH and FRENCH language. (oral and written: Pet and Delf). I LIVE AND WORK ABROAD, (in the field of sales), FOR 10 YEARS. Currently in TORONTO, working as a "sales representative", previously lived in the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands working as "sales manager" of the international team in an events company, for 7 long years, practicing and working ONLY in ENGLISH, FRENCH and SPANISH . I have always taught and tutored to students and adults of all ages, privately or in groups. Given the tragic Covid19 emergency in which we find ourselves, it is clearly appropriate and necessary to provide ourselves with methodologies like this to work together and to guarantee, to those in need, a course planned and tailored to their own objectives.

My method does not have a fixed structure, it varies according to the subject, his goals, his needs and learning times. There is no universal method. Before starting, therefore, I will have to understand the level of the student, then establish the "strengths and weaknesses" on which to work, the objectives he wants to achieve in terms of mastery of the language and the reasons that led him to want to do the course, in order to be able to trace the most effective path for him / her. Once this is done, I will be able to establish the starting method more clearly. Grammar (as in all languages) is one of the main foundations from which to start to be able to build a sentence with a complete meaning., But it, by itself, fails to guarantee the flexibility necessary to face a real conversation . For this reason, during the lessons it will be necessary to use different tools to train phonics.
