About Alexander

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 19+ years of experience teaching high school and college students, committed to helping learners develop strong English language skills and confidence. My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized learning, tailoring lessons to the student’s level, goals, and preferred learning style.

I integrate grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, reading, and listening exercises with practical examples and interactive practice. I focus on building both competence and confidence, encouraging students to actively participate, ask questions, and take risks in communication.

About the lesson

I follow a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, Problem-solving—in my ESL teaching. Creativity is nurtured through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises, inspiring students to think imaginatively and express themselves confidently.

Communication is emphasized through discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that strengthen fluency, comprehension, and practical language use. Compassion ensures lessons are student-centered, tailored to individual learning styles, and supported with guidance and encouragement throughout the learning process.

Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based exercises, analytical tasks, and real-life challenges, enabling learners to apply English skills practically while enhancing critical thinking. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to provide a holistic academic experience.
