About Ethan

I am an experienced ESL tutor with 8 years of professional teaching practice and a strong commitment to student success. Over the 8 years, I have taught between 150 and 200 students of all ages and proficiency levels, helping them achieve confidence in English communication.

My approach to teaching is based on personalized learning. I carefully assess each student’s level and learning goals before creating a lesson plan that meets their individual needs. I focus on developing strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

My classes are designed to be interactive and practical. I include real-life scenarios, conversation activities, and guided exercises to help students use English naturally and confidently. I also focus on pronunciation and sentence structure to improve overall clarity.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching strategy is built on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, helping students grow steadily and confidently. Empathy and compassion play a key role in building a safe learning space where students are comfortable making mistakes.

Strong communication ensures that every concept is explained clearly and patiently. Through collaboration, students take an active role in setting goals, selecting learning topics, and reviewing performance. In addition to ESL, I provide support in spoken English, interview communication, and basic academic writing to help students succeed in real-life situations.
