About Jefforey

Working in the culinary industry and owning a farm has given me a unique insight into the world of food. Being a teacher has equipped me to share my passion with others in a way that they can understand, feel confident and empowered to take control of their food.

About the lesson

My lessons give you the option of flexibility and working at a pace you are most comfortable with. If that’s setting a time and date to meet virtually to work with you or if it’s sending you prerecorded ‘modules’ and recipes for you to work through Whenever you are able, that works for me. If you’re an accomplished foodie looking to take your food to the next level, a busy student studying to take the Red Seal exam. Then I would love to work with you!
