About Ari
I have had many mental disorder over the years including ADD, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Trichotillomania, Dermatillomania, Depression, Anorexia, bulimia. I have had experience on what it looks like to recover and how hard it is. I want to be able to help people get to a better place in your life.

I would help students by figuring out possible triggers and stressors. I would want to work on Exposure response prevention witch helps one to get use to stressors until they are not as bad anymore. I would also help one refrain or challenge their negative thoughts.
