About Marie
I am a professional singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, originally from Paris, France. Trilingual in English, French and Spanish, I'm a graduate of the French Conservatory of Paris and UCLA with a degree in Music Business. As a singer and songwriter, I have been writing songs for 10+ years and have achieved success on an international level, in many genres and multiple languages (English, French and Spanish). My songs have won multiple awards over the years including the 2022 HAPAWARDS for Best Afro-Beats Collaboration, the Grammy Consideration for Best Global Collaboration, a #24 on Billboard US Radio, the WeRising Awards for Best Singer & Songwriter, and a Nomination for Best Female Artist at the HAPAWARDS 2022. I have worked with many artists, songwriters and producers across the world and I'm eager to share my knowledge and experience with you to help you bring your vision to life!

My method of teaching is very unique as it is based on both songwriting theory and creativity, and is tailored to my students' needs and goals. Throughout my career and years of experience, I have worked with students/artists from beginner to advanced levels and anything in-between. During our 1st Free Lesson, I will assess your experience level and understand your creative direction and objectives in order to create a customized program to work with you towards your goals. During our lessons, we will go over some core and technical subjects such as lyric writing, melody writing, form, structure, harmony, rhyme, and more. On the creative side, and depending on your needs, I will review and help you optimize your songs and lyrics.
