About Adriani

I just finished my Masters in England and want to continue my career as an entrepreneur. I have work experience in the service sector, as well as an internship in academia and leadership. To become an entrepreneur, of course, it is important for me to be able to motivate myself and see various opportunities so that my business can run, innovate and develop. The importance of self-expertise in positive thinking, managing stress and conflict, and also developing yourself continuously, is something that should be owned in order to be successful in the future. Having these skills, of course, can also make someone more resistant and independent, which are the qualities needed to live daily life and also in pursuing all types of careers. Many friends and relatives, or even someone who just got to know me, have felt a positive impact in terms of personal and career development after getting support, tips, and perceptions from me. So far, I prefer to say what I do is "share" without needing to be said as a coach, mentor, or teacher. However, through this Superprof, I intend to give the first course on positive thinking, personal development, and stress and conflict management, which hopefully can have a positive impact on those of you who will take my course later.

About the lesson

The teaching method I use is to set targets and conduct consultations with course followers, followed by training and case studies tailored to the conditions and desires of course followers. Measurement of improvement or progress and evaluation will then be carried out each session, so that they can provide input according to the conditions of the course followers.
