About Alice

Hi, I'm Alice and I recently graduated from Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge with a Double First Class degree in Classics and have just completed my studies at King’s College, Cambridge with an MPhil in Classics, after being awarded the Douton Scholarship by King's.

I was partially drawn to Classics by its multi-disciplinary nature - I have loved studying language, literature, philosophy, history, art and archaeology modules at Cambridge and can help students in a range of areas. Outside my studies, I’m also a keen hockey player and musician.

About the lesson

As well as supporting Oxbridge applicants and undergraduates, I have tutored students for 13+ Common Entrance & Academic Scholarships, GCSE and A levels in a range of humanities subjects.

My lessons are typically 1 hour long and are always tailored to each student. With effective, time-efficient and personalised teaching and assistance, I aim to support students as much as possible.

I also offer support for university applications, whether it be by academic tutoring, helping to identify specific areas of interest for personal statements, providing support with aptitude tests and preparation and practice for interviews or offering assistance more generally.
