About Geordi
I have about 7 years of tutoring experience, starting as a peer tutor in high school and continuing this position throughout my college career. I recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May of 2021 with a major in Applied Mathematics. While in high school, I qualified twice for the University of Nebraska-Omaha's Calculus Bee and was invited to go the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Math Day convention. These experiences were thanks to my AP Calculus AB and BC teacher who helped me fall in love with math during my junior of high school. My goal as a tutor is to have the same impact on my students that my teacher had on me - to show them that math is really beautiful, simple and can even be fun!
