About Michelle
I am an enthusiastic, tenacious individual who puts professional emphasis on the achievement of goals. I have a vast knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare sector/Social care as I have been in the industry for 35yrs, 20+ yrs as Management and senior management. This is across different sectors, Care and Education. In my caring field I am senior management and in my education field I can support EQA and Lead IQAs across a range of subject areas. Through job roles and current times I am confident with online platforms and delivering training and meetings via teams .
I am a result oriented individual who thrives in a pressured working environment. I am able to lead and manage busy working environments with a lot of professionals working together. I undertake and enjoy using my excellent Teaching and management skills to build rapport and relationships. Throughout my career to date I have consistently demonstrated a high level of motivation and organisation in the achievement of objectives and professional development through additional learning.
My key strengths revolve around my ability to communicate excellently with people at all levels and my drive and determination to quality care and deliver a high level of training.
In my current role I manage all TDDI packages for complex and clinical care. I can teach you all aspects of Healthcare and business and deliver training to your staff
