About Chelsea
I am a 28-year-old woman who is passionate about fitness and building muscle while maintaining overall health and flexibility. I myself visit the gym 4-5 times per week, with a focus on functional strength exercises. In the past, I have focused on heavy weight lifting as well as HIIT workouts, and have now found a happy medium where I can incorporate both while still having fun!
