About Allison
I am a graduate student working towards my teaching certificate in ELAR 4-8, while also working as a tutor for grades EC-5th. I enjoy working with young learners to help them learn to read and write. I have a passion for reading and love to experience the growth of my students with them.

I work with students to determine their strengths and weaknesses, creating lesson plans surrounding their specific needs. I specifically enjoy teaching young students, EC-5th grade, how to read and write. I am constantly learning new strategies and methods for the best practices for each student to learn to read and write.
