About Lara

I began my career more than 24 years ago as an in-person tutor for every age level. This is where my love of seeing EVERY student find success came from. I furthered my career teaching 10 years as a 3rd-grade Texas teacher followed by 10 years as a Texas Elementary Librarian. I have followed that by being an HB 4545 Reading Interventionist. The past year has seen me grow with my Texas Special Education Certification and Reading By Design Dyslexia Certification. I love reading and love helping students find that same love!
