I am not exaggerating when I say Larry Graykin was one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Larry is an extremely genuine and creative human being with a passion for real teaching. During my years in his classes, I watched him prioritize and really listen to the needs of his students, rather than get caught up in the “machine” that is the public education system. Don’t get me wrong, he prepared us for everything we needed, but he did so In his own creative way that made life a lot easier and more amusing for everyone involved. He is very considerate of the experiences kids go through in this stage of life, and always offered a safe and fun place for students to grow.
