About Rad

It is my passion and hope to provide all individuals with a holistic learning experience and education that will enable the acquirement of the necessary skills to excel in their lives. This includes all areas, be it personally, academically and / or in their chosen professional career path.

Background;

Rad is a Qualified and Experienced Consultant Social Worker – Service Delivery Improvement Lead with Divisional Lead Responsibilities across the North London Partnership Trust within the Inpatient Pathway within a Band 8a role within an NHS Social Care Directorate. Previously a Senior Forensic Mental Health Practitioner Bandb7 in the NHS) for least 10 years across several multi-disciplinary health organisations in London, Kent, Luton - including Psychosis Recovery Services - CMHT, Personality Disorder Services, Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation, Social Care in Local Authorities. Rad has led in Crown Courts across London with significant contributions to service provision at HMC including North London police custody suites. Rad provided expertise knowledge regarding mental health to Judiciary, Defence councils and all working as part of the Criminal Justice System as part of NHS - Liaison and Diversion Services.

In addition to the above, Rad had also gained significant experience working in Primary Schools and Nurseries in the past.

Rad is an experienced Tutor with several years of experienced.

Qualifications;

Rad has a BA Hons Degree in Social Work with a Specialism in Clinical Mental Health. Further qualifications include Children's Care Learning and Development.

She is also currently studying a Masters (MSc) Student in Psychology at the Russell Group - University of Exeter.

Safeguarding;

Safeguarding individuals is at the forefront of Rad's work. Everyone should feel and be safe in all spaces.

Rad is Advanced DBS / CRB checked and approved.

As part of her previous role as a Senior Forensic Mental Health Specialist in the NHS, Rad holds a Level 4 Metropolitan Police Vetting Clearance .

Rad's training includes all levels of; Safeguarding including Level, 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Hobbies

Teaching, Learning, Cycling, Walking / Hiking, Photography, Adventures / Travelling
