Alisdair has proofread and offered suggestions for various assignments on my psychology masters for a number of years. Firstly I would like to say alisdair is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He helped me with my statistics coursework’s as part of my msc degree in clinical psychology. He breaks down all the topics in a way that is understandable and really explains it in detail. He goes above and beyond and shows you diagrams so you really understand the topics. He is such a lovely person and pleasure to work with. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’ve come back multiple times for lessons because he explains all the topics to me in a way that I understand even better than my lecturer. On my last coursework I got 89% which is well over a 1st! Alisdair was an amazing Tutor for my daughter. Her A Level tutor went on sick leave the term before her A Level exam, and after an initial couple of one to one meetings, we settled upon a series of Skype tutorials which were brilliant. Alisdair would send key exam questions for my daughter to do prior to the Skype tutorial, and she would send them back to him to mark before their tutorial. The system was so engaging and efficient that she went from a grade D in her mock A Level to a grade A in her actual A Level exam. Alisdair is flexible, personable and very effective.
