About Keeley

I am an experienced and qualified secondary school teacher with a genuine passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their potential.

I currently teach A Level & GCSE PE and KS3 Geography and have also taught GCSE Psychology and Health & Social Care. This has given me experience supporting students with a wide range of abilities, learning styles and confidence levels.

I understand that knowing the content is only part of succeeding in an exam. I particularly enjoy helping students understand difficult topics, improve their exam technique and learn how to approach questions in a way that gains marks.

My approach is friendly, patient and encouraging, while still keeping lessons focused and purposeful. I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes without feeling judged.

Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for an upcoming exam, improving their confidence or simply wants to achieve the best grade they can, I will tailor lessons to their individual needs.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they need help understanding difficult topics, preparing for exams, improving exam technique or building confidence.

As an experienced secondary school teacher, I understand that students learn in different ways and I aim to make lessons supportive, engaging and focused on making real progress.

I offer tuition in GCSE PE and GCSE Psychology, as well as Health & Social Care.

Sessions can focus on consolidating classroom learning, filling gaps in knowledge, revision, exam preparation, understanding mark schemes and developing effective exam technique.

I can also help students who feel overwhelmed by revision by breaking topics down into manageable sections and creating a clear plan to work towards their exams.

Lessons are available online, with daytime availability during the week and evenings. In person tuition is also available locally.
