About Amy-Jane

I am a qualified Secondary English teacher, with experience of working with children with SEN and complex needs.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Applied English Language studies, as well as Qualified Teacher Status and an MA in Sociology and Social Justice.

I am an examiner for English Language.

I have experience in teaching all exam boards.

I have taught GCSE English Literature and English Language for over 5 years, as well as having tutored for over 5 years. Many of my students have increased their grades by between 2-3 grades.

About the lesson

I cater my teaching to all needs and I am aware that there is no ‘one size fits all’ teaching style.

Resources which are used during my lessons can be sent to students afterwards for their own personal revision.

All of my lessons are online via Zoom.
