About Phil
I have a degree in applied sports science as well as several years of experience working as a performance analyst in professional football for Southampton Football Club, Bournemouth and MK Dons.
I have also gained experience leading a talent development programme from concept through to the end of a Paralympic cycle; growing from 0 athletes to 72 on the pathway.
I have experience in target/ goal setting, public speaking and personal development.
