About Fatima
I am a qualified sports coach and personal trainer with 7 years experience. Speacialise in base strength fitness and kickboxing. Also worked with pre and post natal women, calisthenics, injury rehabilitation and yoga. I have access to a health coach that provides meal plans with a free initial consultation. Women only. Birmingham based. Online or clients can travel to my home for sessions.

Personalised training plan based on an initial assessment. If clients want to have sessions to build up their baseline fitness, I'll throw in a personalised training plan to take home after sessions. I use a multifactoral approach. Clients can have off days, instead on cancelling, we can go through yoga and breathwork to keep moving, increase mood/energy levels and learn a new skill.
