You know those teachers that you just never forget because you connected with them and looked up to them so much? Well Miss Florance is one of them!
Miss Florance was one of my teachers in primary school and she really impacted me in not only my learning but in general. She made learning fun and provided endless support to ensure that all of her students would be able to complete the work asked of them. She created a safe, caring environment for all of her students to learn and develop as people and I will never forget just how much she impacted my life by caring when I felt that no one else did. You’d honestly be silly to not take her on as part of your team.

I had Alyce as a teacher for three years. She was the most supportive person in the world, always pushing me and all her students to strive for our best results. She was also who I picked as my Year 12 Mentor as she was someone I felt completely comfortable around and someone who I could put complete trust in whenever I needed her.

Had Alyce as my teacher in English, Drama and Modern History throughout my last 3 years of high school. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough; she’s a knowledgeable teacher who truly cares whether or not her students are learning, does her best to make the content engaging, and is understanding if the student needs to go over some material again or needs to go at a slower pace.

Alyce was my English teacher in high school for multiple years and was very good at what she did. The thing that stood out for me the most in that time was how enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subject she was. I also really liked the fact that she was incredibly friendly and treated all of her students with a high level of respect and honesty. She assessed all work in a timely manner and always had well planned lessons which were engaging and enjoyable. When asked who my favourite teacher from high school was, Alyce is genuinely the first person to come to mind. I very highly recommend her.
