About Paula
I have been a public school teacher for over twenty years. I have worked in hospital schools where I assisted students who were accessing distance education to complete a variety of subjects, from English to Music, History to P.E., so I became proficient at supporting students across a wide variety of subject areas. I also supported students to transition to TAFE and the workforce. I have a degree in Music in classical guitar and a Graduate Diploma in Education. I am currently completing a Master's Degree in Creative Writing. I love working with students one to one to make sure they fully grasp concepts and feel confident with their learning.

I have over twenty years experience as a high school teacher. I am currently completing a Masters Degree at Macquarie University in Creative Writing. I am a published author (under a pen name.)
I work with students of all ages on short story, novella and novel writing. I have experience with structural and copy editing and self publishing.
Through fun creative writing tasks, I work with students on their grammar, punctuation, creating dynamic characters, dialogue, creating tension and high stakes in story writing.
I assist students to analyse and understand the key words in essay questions, formulate arguments and structure essays.
