Iain was great when he came to my school last year. His style of speaking was clear and concise and right from the start I was engaged. As a member of the Public Speaking Society at Nottingham University, I had Iain teach me for a year. His approach to teaching is engaging, clear and personal. He would help put my nerves at ease, explain complex topics in easy to understand ways, and would always go the extra mile. This included spending extra time with me outside of society hours to help hone my skills and become a confident speaker.

Before I joined the society, I was terrified of public speaking and even more scared at the prospect of learning it, but from the very first session, Iain had me hooked. He gave a friendly vibe and face to a scary topic, and I found myself going back week after a week. By the end of the year, I was transformed and extremely confident in my communication and presentation skills. I cannot recommend him enough!
