About Nicole
I am a part-qualified Counsellor and have studied CBT techniques and am a volunteer with the NSPCC. If interested, I can also provide training in this area. I will be undertaking a Masters in Psychology in October so can introduce study into Psychology up to AS Level if requested to do so.
As mentioned in my title I am qualified at CIPD Level 7 in HRM and have over 9 years experience as an HR Generalist. Some of the range of topics I cover are:

My teaching method varies, I like to get to know a bit about my students before I set any kind of program for them as it's important the student feels comfortable and able to keep up with the pace of the study program.
I don't believe in harsh scoring and feel it's more beneficial for my students to send the first draft in on any assignments to show if they are along the right track with a view to helping them get where they need to go in order to pass. Students I have previously mentored in a work environment have often praised this approach.
