I’m a registered physiotherapist and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience supporting people to move with more confidence, ease, and joy. I specialize in pain management and mind-body movement, helping you feel strong, safe, and empowered in your body again. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or just wanting to reconnect with movement that feels good, my approach blends evidence-based physio with gentle, accessible yoga designed just for you. My goal is to help you feel better, move freely, and regain trust in your body so you can do the things you love again!

As a qualified physiotherapist and yoga teacher, my approach is holistic, compassionate, and evidence-based. I focus on educating and empowering individuals who are recovering from injury or living with persistent pain. My sessions combine expert advice, gentle movement, and practical tools to help you regain strength, confidence, and control over your body.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and current ability. I use a mix of education, targeted exercise, and breathwork to promote both physical and mental well-being. My teaching style is encouraging, adaptive, and rooted in current pain science and rehabilitation principles.
Lessons are typically 45–90 minutes and conducted online for flexibility and convenience. I work with adults of all ages, especially those dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, or seeking mindful movement options like yoga.
