About Laura
I'm an experienced personal training who is qualified as Personal Trainer level 3.
My passion for fitness started when I was very young, and had to overcome some heath issues caused by weight loss. Training didn't only changed my weight, but also helped me to gain confidence, solve my health issues and feel more energetic. It improved my everyday life, and still does that!
