I am a qualified occupational therapist with experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges. I take a compassionate, strengths-based, and person-centred approach, helping people build routines, manage stress, improve motivation, and develop practical coping strategies. My aim is to support confidence, independence, and wellbeing, enabling meaningful participation in daily life at a pace that feels safe and achievable.
