About Roxana

I am a full-time private tutor & education consultant with over a decade of experience. During this time I have successfully prepared students for a variety of exams, like 11+ Common Entrance Exam, 13+ Entrance Exam, UK Maths Challenge, GCSE Mathematics and I have even helped teachers pass the QTS skills test and start the teacher's training.

Moreover, I have an excellent academic record in the UK as well as overseas. I am educated to Master's level (Master of Science) and I have a Postgraduate degree in Education from Middlesex University. Away from academics, my main interests include home renovations and numerous DIY projects, cycling, watercolour painting and hiking.

As a committed full-time online tutor and education consultant with over a decade (7,000+ hours) of specialised experience, my primary dedication lies in providing exceptional mathematics tuition tailored to support students with diverse learning needs, including dyslexia and dyscalculia. Utilising digital tools and adaptive teaching strategies, I create an inclusive and supportive virtual environment where these students can thrive and excel. My methodology revolves around comprehensive assessments designed to identify individual strengths and challenges. I employ specialised techniques and resources, focusing on alternative approaches to maths concepts, ensuring accessibility and comprehension for students facing difficulties due to dyslexia or dyscalculia. Beyond the scheduled online sessions, I provide ongoing guidance on effective exam strategies and continual support.

Regular communication is key, and I offer regular feedback to students and their families, encouraging open dialogue to address any questions or concerns. Witnessing the progress and successes of students with dyslexia and dyscalculia is particularly rewarding. Whether it's overcoming hurdles, mastering complex concepts, or achieving improved academic performance, I am dedicated to providing tailored support and guidance, empowering these students to reach their full potential within the online learning environment
