About Pasquale

Hello, I'm Pasquale!

I've been teaching Italian both in Italy and France from 2015 until now: at middle schools, high schools, universities, and even briefly at elementary schools!

I'm a passionate enthusiast of history, music, dialects, and coming from a bilingual region like Campania, I also speak Neapolitan dialect in my everyday life.

In 2022, I obtained my teaching qualification in Italy ("Italian, History and Geography").

Additionally, I also speak English and French, and I often use these two languages in order to teach mine.

Some information about my background:

- From 2021 to 2022, I taught Italian to adult students, primarily foreign workers, at the Fioravanti Institute in Bologna, Italy.

- I taught Italian as a foreign language at Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne, France, from 2017 to 2019. This included teaching at the Department of Italian (LEA, LLCER), the IAE (School of Management), and the IUT (University Institute of Technology).

- In 2015 and 2016, I worked as an Italian language assistant in France.

- I have various teaching experiences in Italy since 2016, including Italian literature, history, and Latin, in cities such as Naples, Bologna, and Milan.

About the lesson

Hi!

I'm a great enthusiast of history, literature, songs, and, of course, the Italian language and dialects.

I was born in Naples but have lived in various cities in the "boot" and in France for three years, where I taught Italian grammar and conversation, business and scientific language at the university, and worked as a language assistant in high schools.

Having studied Humanities at the university, I love finding unique entry points into the language with students, taking into account their interests and levels (such as history, music, literature, and culture).

At the same time, depending on the requests, I am able to provide both practical and theoretical approaches.
