About Lerato
My name is Lerato Zondi. I am 25 years old and I love preparing food. I believe that food gives up its life to edify ours but I think the ideas of healthy living are sometimes confused and I think some food knowledge is lost that we don't prepare food for its benefits but only for its taste. I want to teach people they can have both but also to maximize on the potential of their ingredients with all of its benefits without wasting a thing.
