About Monisha
Qualified Childhood and family specialist, Qualified breast feeding advisor. Qualified baby Massage teacher. Baby Weaning trainer. I am currently working in peri natal services as a family support worker and i love my job, i support mothers and babies daily offering a wide range of guidance and support.
The reason i have choosen to teach baby massage is because i feel it is paramount for bonding it promotes touch, brain development,good sleep, improving weight gain, aiding digestion, improving circulation, and easing teething pain. Massage is a great way for you and your partner to bond with your baby, and you may find it relaxing, too!
Your baby should be calm, alert, and content when you're ready to give them a massage. All sessions will be BABY LED.
Before session please ensure babies haven't had a feed, needs to be 1hour before feeding and massage.

I will email you over sing songs and also hand out sheets of each stroke, so you can practise this with your baby at any time.
