About Jad

I am a native French and English speaker. My formal tutoring career commenced in 2018 in London, where I began to hone my skills and methodology in education. With an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science from King's College London, my academic journey has equipped me with a profound understanding of curriculum development, time management, and adapting my teaching strategies to meet my students' unique needs. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I've specialized in Math, English, and French, utilizing a hybrid teaching model that combines in-person and online sessions. This approach has enabled me to reach and educate students across 8 different countries. My dedication and work ethic have been consistently praised by my students over the years, who can attest to my enthusiasm and effectiveness as a tutor.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Jad and I'm a native English speaker from London. Need help with GCSE or A-Level preparation? Looking to improve your spoken or written French? You're absolutely in the right place! I not only have excellent knowledge of the various exam requirements, but also aim to inspire my students with a lifelong love of learning languages.

My lessons aim to increase confidence in each of the key skills - Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking - and are targeted at those areas each individual student needs most support in so as to increase the chances of boosting their grade.

Classes are usually conducted via Zoom or in person and I use a variety of different techniques in order to engage my students, including flashcards, audio and video clips, grammar exercises, games and more. It all depends on the level and what outcomes are expected, but in my over 6 years of teaching, it's a great way to learn, the resources are many and varied and I can usually find something to motivate the most reluctant student!
