About Nadeem

I'm a Professional Educator, Classroom Teacher and Tutor specializing in Computer programming, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics and Science subjects in general. I have taught students with diverse cultural backgrounds and levels.

I have completed a diploma on teaching in higher education to qualify for Associate Fellow of British Higher Education Academy.

Currently I am doing a PhD in Theoretical Quantum Physics. I am actively involved in teaching and research at a top ranked university. I have an honours degree in engineering and an MS in physics. I am a professional researcher and my research interests involve creating smart materials for future quantum technologies such as quantum computers.

With over 6 years of teaching experience across various schools across the public, private and independent sectors, I have taught and effectively catered to the needs of students from diverse linguistic, cultural, socio - economic backgrounds and ability levels.

I believe that all of our goals can be achieved with the right action plan. By having me as your tutor, I can help you by:

- Actively listening to your goals and helping you with an action plan for achieving them.

- Checking your working out and providing positive, constructive feedback that enables you to work out problems more efficiently, in less time, with clear working shown.

- Explain and teach the concepts in different ways so as to maximize your understanding of all content.

*** I focus on preparing my students for exams and my lessons are tailored to their specific needs.

***After finding out the requirements of my students, I design the lessons to help them achieve maximum scores. I use a combination of resources in the form of Conceptual explanation with the help of familiar examples, class tasks, and past papers to plan my lessons. I also provide the electronically written notes made during lessons.

*** Setting achievable preparation goals with regular and doable small steps are key to conquering a tough subject.

*** I strongly believe that a regular constructive feedback to the guardian is helpful in a realistic improvement.

*** I use best available interactive technology to teach. I often use zoom for sessions but I am also open to other platforms. I believe the science subjects must be taught with writing on paper and working on the questions together with my students, so I use electronic writing tools for that purpose.

*** My availability is flexible. I am mostly available in weekdays and weekends.

*** NOTE: due to COVID-19 pandemic, currently, I am available for online lessons only.
