My classes are structured to provide ample of space for learners to voice their opinions and raise relevant questions to boost their critical thinking skills. The structure of the class follows a simple format of a 20-30 minute lecture about the topic followed by 2-3 questions to gauge the understandings that the learners have obtained from the lesson. Keywords and necessary details are also explained in detail at this point. I extensively use audio-visual study material to facilitate the learning requirements of learners with different learning styles. Lastly, there are regular quizzes and after-class work assigned in manageable portions for the purpose of memory retention.
