About Anna

Hi! I'm a 20-year-old student at the University of Florida, currently majoring in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies and a certificate in Data Analytics. I’ve always loved breaking down complex ideas and helping others gain confidence in what they’re learning — whether that’s writing a strong thesis statement or solving tricky math problems. I’ve tutored middle school students for multiple years, with a focus on English and Math. About the lesson

I believe every student learns differently, which is why I tailor my teaching methods to meet each student's unique needs. Whether a student is a visual learner, needs step-by-step breakdowns, or benefits from real-world examples, I adapt my techniques to match their learning style.

My sessions blend conceptual clarity with active practice. I don’t just review material — I teach students how to think about problems. For English, I emphasize structure, clarity, and critical thinking in writing, and for Math, I focus on pattern recognition and logical reasoning. I tutor for middle and high school students in English (grammar, essay writing, reading comprehension, literary analysis) and math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Precalculus, and Statistics).
