I am currently a university student with experience in tutoring for the past 3 years which means I understand that all individuals are unique and should be approached with an open mind. 1-2-1 learning allows for significantly greater interaction and focus on learning.
I teach in an organised manner. I believe all learning should be done in steps so as the learner progresses, they do so in stages allowing for them to be able to grasp an understanding of each topic before moving on to the next. This allows for less confusion and an acceleration in learning. If the topic is still confusing, I am willing to adjust my methods according to a students requirements. Also, I believe the best style of learning is when information is explained verbally before showing techniques of application in their work.
