About Hope

Welcome! My name is Hope, and I am a university student studying Psychology and Counselling with a passion for helping people learn with confidence.

I understand that learning English can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a relaxed, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Every lesson is personalised to suit your goals, whether you want to improve your grammar, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, or overall confidence in English.

My teaching style is interactive and practical. I believe that students learn best by actively participating, practising real-life communication, and receiving clear guidance and constructive feedback. My aim is not only to help you improve your English but also to help you enjoy the learning process and become more confident every step of the way.

As a Psychology and Counselling student, I have developed strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, which help me understand different learning styles and adapt my lessons to meet each student's needs. I enjoy working with children, teenagers, university students, and adults, and I welcome learners of different backgrounds and ability levels.

We then work through engaging activities, guided practice, and real-life examples, followed by feedback and exercises to reinforce what you have learnt. I aim to make learning enjoyable while helping you achieve steady and measurable progress.
