Hi, I’m Gregory.
As a native Spanish speaker from Ecuador and a dedicated sixth-semester psychology student, I bring both authentic cultural insight and a deep academic understanding of how the human brain learns to every session.

My teaching philosophy bridges my studies in psychology with the immersive power of music. I specialize in teaching Spanish through songs and music. Music is one of the most effective psychological tools for memory retention; the rhythm and melody help hardwire new vocabulary, slang, and grammar rules into your brain much faster than traditional memorization. We will use lyrics to explore sentence structure, improve pronunciation through singing or shadowing, and connect emotionally with the rich culture of the Spanish-speaking world. My approach is highly adaptable, focusing on lowering the "affective filter" (the anxiety that blocks language learning) so you feel completely comfortable making mistakes and growing.
