About Ruxandra
My own path involved navigating overthinking, perfectionism, body image issues and a search for who I really am. The lasting change came from learning to shift from living in my mind to living consciously from a more grounded, heart-centered awareness.
My Credentials & Approach:
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy.
- Ongoing training in: Depth Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and body-based (somatic) practices.
- My Method: I blend psychological tools with practical spirituality inspired by Ramana Maharshi's Self-Inquiry (the simple practice of turning attention inward). This creates a clear framework to help you welcome life's experiences and move from overthinking to heartfelt understanding.
I bring playfulness, curiosity, compassion, and authenticity into this space. My deepest wish is to support you in cultivating self-compassion and awareness, so you may become your own trusted inner guide and live with greater freedom and authenticity.

- Spot the old habits that keep you stuck and learn how to change them.
- Pause and find calm before reacting to tough situations.

You can expect to develop a greater sense of awareness and calm. Many clients find they can handle stress better, make decisions with confidence, and observe their thoughts without being overwhelmed by them.
Our sessions have a clear focus but are flexible. We'll work with what's coming up for you right now. Everything we do is about giving you practical tools you can use in your daily life to feel more balanced and clear.
I won't give you a magic solution, constant pep talks, or tell you what to do. These sessions work best when you're ready to be honest, look at yourself with kindness (not judgment), and try things out between our sessions.

I had my sessions with Ruxandra in person, few years ago. I remember feeling constantly stuck in my head and emotionally overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was how calm and grounded the sessions felt. I never felt rushed, judged, or fixed whatsoever. Ruxandra helped me understand what was actually happening in my mind and body and gave me simple ways to deal with it in daily life. There was depth, but also lightness and humor, which made the work feel human and doable. I left each session feeling clearer and more stable.
